LASER CUTTING
LASER CUTTING

Used for:
- precise pattern cutting of any shapes of metal sheets and some plastic materials;
- manufacturing of structures’ flat elements: baseplates, elements of letters and frameworks, signboards, faceplates.

Processed materials: aluminium alloys, stainless steel, ferrous metal up to 10 mm, plexiglass.

LASER WELDING
LASER WELDING

Used primarily for the manufacturing of dimensional elements (boards, letters, sings) made of stainless steel. The technology is based on the use of quantum welding devices.

STAINLESS STEEL SOLDERING
STAINLESS STEEL SOLDERING

Used primarily for the manufacturing of dimensional elements (boards, letters, sings) made of stainless steel. Activities are done manually; process cycle includes further cleansing in the ultrasound chamber.

THERMAL VACUUM FORMING
THERMAL VACUUM FORMING

Thermal vacuum forming means manufacturing of solid items with plastic sheets in the vacuum formers via heating of plastic material stretched onto the special mould.

Materials used: PET, PETg, polystyrol, acryl, rigid plastic. Maximal size of the moulded part is 2200 mm x 1250 mm. Application: light box facepiece, built-up letters, POS materials. Manufacturing of the moulding parts includes three steps: mould preparation, actual moulding process, cutting with the special equipment.

MOCK-UP
MOCK-UP

Used for:
- bending of plastic material up to 10 mm wide with thermal former;
- welding of composite materials with the specialist thermal equipment;
- trimming of moulds and simplified plate cut with the bandsaw and manual tools;
- gluing plastic materials and profiles with the specialist adhesives.

Applicable: all types of plastic, composite materials, specialist profiles.

CARPENTRY
CARPENTRY

Carpentry is typically performed manually. High quality structure assembly, compliance to the shape set by drawings in the first place depends on the skills and experience of the specialist.

During the assembly all core carpentry activities are carried out: mechanical layout, filing of complicated profiles, drilling, threading, riveting, components jointing, adjustment, etc.

WELDING
WELDING

Frame making and adjusting ferrous supporting structures of ferrous metals and aluminium alloys.

Has three steps: profile cutting in size, welding, deburring and deseaming. Equipment: hand-guided and immovable cutters, welders and other rigging for geometry control.

WIRING
WIRING

Typically are performed by hand. Notwithstanding the seeming simplicity, the works are of critical nature, as wiring workmanship directly impacts the electric safety and the quality of the asset highlighting.

For the purpose of components various electric and lighting equipment is used, diverse LED light sources and power units.

POWDER COATING
POWDER COATING

Powder coating is a cutting-edge cost efficient method enhancing durability and wear-resistance of the end product. The technology is based on the electrostatic powder coating of the corresponding colour with the subsequent high temperature polymerisation in the oven.

Intermediate products of any configuration and items of any metal can be easily painted. The colour is chosen based on RAL.

MILLING
MILLING

Used for:
- plain and shaped cut of sheet materials;
- manufacturing of structures’ flat elements: baseplates, elements of letters, signboards, light box faceplates;
- manufacturing of 3D items: logos, letters, moulds.

Materials used: all types of plastics, aluminium alloys, plywood, wood laminate, MDF, precast stone. Dimensions of the machine work field are 2 x 4 m.

ULTRASOUND CLEANING
ULTRASOUND CLEANING

The key production step for built-up letters and signs of stainless steel with a solid soldered seam to ensure corrosion protection in the given location.

It represents a more advanced alternative to the manual cleaning, typically at the final production phase. It allows significant time-saving with the better quality of the end result.

ADHESIVE VYNIL
ADHESIVE VYNIL

Basic technology, without which any advertisement manufacturing is impossible to imagine. The image is cut with the cutting plotter from the pre-set files and then reproduced on the surface by means of an application film.

METAL INLAY INTO METAL
METAL INLAY INTO METAL

A very dramatic visual solutions, with the technology speaking for itself: elements of metal and textures precisely fill in the notches in the metal baseplate of other colour.

Layout of baseplate and inlaid elements is ensured via the laser equipment, with the stainless steel or aluminium alloys with different coatings as materials. LATEC patented this technology in 1998 under the name of ‘Inlaid items production method’.

BUILT-UP LETTER COMPUTED-AIDED MANUFACTURING
BUILT-UP LETTER COMPUTED-AIDED MANUFACTURING

Bending, groovings, signs and letters edge trimming is ensured by means of a unique bending-grooving machine able to bend an aluminium profile an stainless steel up to 1 mm or wider. Specialist aluminium profiles and stainless steel strip will are used as intermediate products.
